Year 5 have had a brilliant and space themed week. In ICT, they have been writing codes to play space themed music. Everyone created some amazing sounds and were very creative with their use of 'sprites' and 'loops'.
In Science, we continued our lessons all about space and focused on our solar system and the features of different planets.
As part of new art topic, the children have been looking at photos of space and highlighting their own thoughts on the various images. Over the course of the term, they will creating their own space themed art work.
Everyone is loving our English topic based on 'The Tempest'. This week, the children have written their own extra scene featuring Miranda and Prospero.
