We have had another busy and exciting week here in Year 3.. In PE, the children created dances based on 'days out'. We had some wonderful routines which included: a day out to the shops, a day out to a football match and a day out to a music concert.
In maths, we finished our topic all about measurement. The children have enjoyed this topic and were very enthusiastic in all tasks this week.
As part of our English topic, we have been using the wonderful book 'Journey' by Aaron Becker. This week, the children have written some fantastic setting descriptions based on the artwork in this wonderful book. They included ambitious vocabulary and were a joy to read.
