In Year 3 this week, everyone has enjoyed their English lessons and the activities linked to Julia Donaldson's wonderful book 'The Magic Paintbrush'. We have looked at landscapes in China, used drama to act out the story so far and everyone has produced fantastic sentences full of brilliant vocabulary.
In maths, we have started our new topic 'measure' and have spent time looking at the vocabulary and equipment we will use throughout the topic
We have been learning all about shadows in our science lessons and using the plan/do/review method we conducted an experiment to investigate how shadows change throughout the day.
