Year 3 had a wonderful trip to The Great North Museum this week. They took part in a workshop all about fossils and got to handle different fossils and complete some exciting tasks. A trip to the planetarium was a huge hit watching a show all about our Solar System. We spent the afternoon completing lots of activities all about The Stone Age and answering questions about this very exciting period in British history.
As part of our RE work, we have been discussing the Jesse Tree and reading all about some fascinating people from the Old Testament.
Our Christmas library is a huge hit and everyone has enjoyed reading the different books on offer.
