We have had a busy and exciting week here in Year 3. We are really enjoying our daily Barvember challenges and are having great fun using mathematical thinking to draw our own models to solve the daily challenges.
In English, we have started our new topic all based on the wonderful book 'Earth Shattering Events' by Robin Jacobs. We collected technical language related to earthquakes and created posters using lots of onomatopoeia to describe what happens during an earthquake.
As we prepare for our class liturgy, we have thought a lot about the upcoming feast of Christ the King. We created our own crowns with words and phrases to describe whet Jesus means to us.
