We have had another busy and exciting week in Year 3. In maths, we have continued our topic 'measurement' and can now convert between different units of measure and add and subtract different lenghts.
A group of children planned and led a 'Celebration of the Word'. This was a lovey way to end our topic all about 'Journeys'. The children read beautifully.
We read the wonderful book 'Chicken Clicking' as part of our work for Internet Safety Day.. It is a brilliant book with a great message. The children completed work around the topic of internet safety which was fantastic.
As part of our DT topic, we produced some brilliant 'Point of Sale' badges using Sketchpad. These are to promote the wearable technology everyone has designed.
