Year 4 have had a brilliant week!
We began our new English unit this week- Fables! The children familiarised themselves with lots of different fables and then discussed what a moral is and tried to link each story to a particular moral.
In Maths, we have been continuing our work on decimals and have been working hard to recognise decimal numbers on a place value grid.
We have also started our swimming lessons this week. The children have worked so hard to improve each day and I am already seeing huge steps in their progress! I am very proud of you all!
Today was Coronation Celebration Day! The children all came to school dressed in red, white and blue. We even took part in our sponsored bounce; which was a great success! The children (and adults) all had so much fun!
