This week in Reception Class the children have been continuing to look at mini beasts. We discovered lots of micro-habitats when planting our seeds gifted from King Charles as part of his Coronation. We have also planted some onion sets, wildflower seeds and some corriander. Along with our sunflowers and broad beans, we have quite the green offering sprouting!
The class have also been out on their first trip to The Great North Museum! they were all brilliant and made us all very proud. They explored the Natural Northumbria Gallery as well as the Living Animals section. We had a workshop in The Mouse House which was fantastic!
