What a wonderful week we have had here in Year 3. In maths, we looked at ancient tangram puzzles and using the book 'Grandfather Tang's story' created the different animals using tangrams.
As part of our history topic, we are learning all about beliefs during the Iron Age. Using items found in nature, the children created their own druid crowns.
Everyone is enjoying our new English topic based on the play 'The Plague Comes To Eyam'. This week, we looked the the features of play scripts and practised reading plays and following stage directions. We then looked at historical artifacts to understand the real life events that happened in Eyam in 1665 to 1666.
