What a fantastic first half term we have had in Year 5!
In English, we have written a fantastic narrative and began to write some wonderful persuasive letters all about child labour!
In Maths, we have finished our work on pace value and addition and subtraction.
We have been learning all about Forces in Science.
In DT, we have completed some amazing pop up books!
Today, the children all took part in an incredible liturgy with their special friends and prayed, sang and danced beautifully! They have all taken the responsibility of being a special friend brilliantly and I know they have all welcomed all of our reception friends into St Oswald's with great care and love.
The children have all worked so hard and I am incredibly proud of how they have all settled into life in Year 5!
