Year 3 have thoroughly enjoyed their last week of school this year. As part of our work all about play scripts, everyone wrote their own version of 'The Plague comes to Eyam' and they were all fantastic. In the end, five were chosen and the children worked in their groups to perform the plays in front of the class. They had everything: love, death, hope and lots of drama.
 
In music, we finished off our unit all about Indian traditional music. We listened to musicians playing the tabla and learnt all about the tal element of Indian music.
 
We finished off the week by learning all about limericks. We read through them, looked at their features and created our own - all about the wonderful Year 3.
